Our history
We began operating in the year 1999.
From my practical experience, obtained from many years working in technical fields, I got the idea to work on solutions to the various problems faced in the process of storage and transport of bulk materials. There is no ideal bulk material in existence and so there are certain risks which can affect equipment and storage facilities.
Despite knowing of the existence of many companies operating in this area, we nevertheless decided to go along this path. The emergence of more and more problems for operators of bulk material storage and transport facilities confirmed to us that this area hadn’t yet been completely explored. We therefore decided to get in touch with well-known foreign companies working in the field of bulk material storage. We began to co-operate closely with the American company Myrlen® Inc., which operates in this area. In December 1999 we became the exclusive representatives of this company for the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
The first assembly of the Myrlen® Airsweep® pulsed jet system took place in May 2000 to solve flow problems in silos storing lignite. This solution was so successful that we were successful in a number of other tenders and we were able to build up a large customer base in the Czech Republic. We also supply this certified technology to other countries such as Hungary, Russia and other Eastern European countries. We work closely with our colleagues abroad (mainly with our representatives in Poland and Russia) to extend our foreign expansion.
The technology for the removal of bulk material build-ups is continually developing and we are always looking for new and effective solutions in the field. One new solution is through acoustics, whereby flow problems and problems with particle build-up can be solved using sound pressure. We began co-operation in this new field with the company Control Concepts Inc., suppliers of acoustic horns, at the beginning of 2007.
Thanks to the combination of knowledge and the years of experience of our representative companies in the field of bulk material conveyance, we are able to create solutions precisely according to the wishes of the customer. We take care of project preparation, supply and assembly, upkeep and service including the supply of replacement parts.
Our customers value our regular services and trouble-free delivery of the technology. We are able to demonstrate how to use the supplied system directly on site under operating conditions so that the problem can be quickly solved.
